290bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a terms violation, 290bet may withhold the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in full. • Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, or civil unrest.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by players while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 290bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Players retain all statutory rights that cannot be contractually waived.
